Each year, WVSTA selects a recipient to receive the Pat Obenauf Scholarship, which covers registration (and includes all meals) for the WVSTA Annual Conference. This award honors the 33 year commitment of Dr. Patricia "Pat" Obenauf, a founding member of WVSTA.
