Conference Registration

Join us in Flatwoods at the Days Inn Conference & Events Center (350 Days Drive, Sutton, WV 26601) from 10/22/2026–10/24/2026. 

Attendees and Vendors ~ click the button above to register for the conference. You can also submit a session and book your room.

Conference Price:

• Early bird online: $175 (ends 9/21/2026)
• Regular online: $200 (ends 10/17/2026)
• On-site: $250
• Student and Retired Educators: Early Bird pricing is $160 and ends 9/21/26; after that, it becomes $170.
• WVSTA encourages you to ask your districts/county for funding towards registration and hotel costs. The annual WVSTA conference is one of the most useful PD experiences you can attend as a WV science teacher.
• Any teacher can apply to receive the Pat Obenauf Scholarship, which pays for your registration if selected. The application is on our "Scholarship" page.

for Vendors ~ 

• Vendor Early Bird pricing is $350 and ends on 9/21/26, then increases to $375.
• Non-Profit Vendor Early Bird pricing is $250, which ends on 9/21/26 and becomes $275.
• We have limited space and will close registration once all spaces are allocated; therefore, there may not be any vendor registration available beyond early-bird registration.
