Attendees and Vendors ~ click the link below to submit a session, register for the conference, and book your room.

• Early bird: $175 (ends 9/21/2026)
• Online: $200 (ends 10/17/2026)
• On-site: $250
• Student and Retired Educator Early Bird pricing is $160 and ends 9/21/26; after that, it becomes $170.

Vendors ~ 

• Vendor Early Bird pricing is $350 and ends on 9/21/26, then increases to $375.
• Non-Profit Vendor Early Bird pricing is $250, which ends on 9/21/26 and becomes $275.
• We have limited space and will close registration once all spaces are allocated; therefore, there may not be any vendor registration available beyond early-bird registration. **
