Regular Attendee Registration: 

• Early Bird  is $180.00 (before 9/22/25) 
• Standard  is $200 (9/22 - 10/18)
• On-Site  is  $250

Full-Time Student Registration: 

• Early Bird is $165 (before 9/22/25)
• Standard is: $175

Vendor Registration:

• Early Bird is $325 (before 9/22/25)
• Standard is $350
• Additional Vendors are $200

Non-Profit Vendor Registration:

• Early Bird is $250 (before 9/22/25)
• Standard is $275
• Additional Vendors are $200

CANAAN VALLEY Resort Rates are $109 plus a $9  resort fee per night before taxes (if applicable).

To book your room:

1. Go to canaanresort.com
2. Select your arrival date/departure date and when the next screen comes up, you will see a box on the left lower side to enter your group code 1056AL.  
3. Once entered all the room types in the block, rates, will be displayed.  Complete the reservation from there. 
4. You can also make a reservation by calling the front desk at 304-866-4121, option 1 and refer to the group code 1056AL at time of booking. 
   

NOTE: If you want to come in early, stay late, are tax-exempt, or want a different room type other than what is in the block, you will have to call  the resort directly (800.622.4121 ext7701).  Please ask for for the WV Science Teachers Association  room block October 23-25, 2025. and provide the  Group Code 1056AL. 

IF your organization is tax-exempt, be sure to bring a tax-exempt form to the resort.

WV P-Card Users: Please inform the resort when booking that you are a state employee and, by policy, you cannot pay the one-night deposit; instead, you will pay in full after your stay.
