When you register, check out the different sponsorship opportunities! Sponsorships show members your support of WVSTA and get your organization's name out there. Sponsorships are at a wide range of levels listed here:

** For all large sponsorships, we encourage you to pay by check as we are charged a 5% card processing fee on all credit card purchases.**

• All vendors are encouraged to help offset the cost of the breaks during the conference which occur Friday morning, Friday afternoon, and Saturday morning.  You will get your full-color logo and a message on a poster that is positioned at the break.  

•  One vendor is encouraged to get their logo on the nylon name badge holders, which every attendee wears.  This is a single-color screen on a nylon badge and pen holder.  

•   One vendor is encouraged to get their logo on the Conference bags, which are provided to every attendee and vendor at check-in and registration materials are placed inside. 

•  Vendors participating in this sponsorship will have their logo and message included on the  back cover of the program,  distributed to all attendees. 

•  Vendors participating in this sponsorship will have their logo and message included on the inside of the front cover of the program,  distributed to all attendees. 

•  Vendors participating in this sponsorship will have their logo and message included on the inside of the back cover of the program,  distributed to all attendees. 

•  We are also looking for donations for our door prizes, which will be raffled off to participants at the end of the conference. 

•   The first night of the conference will include an auction where teachers can bring supplies they no longer need or use to the conference to “auction off” using WVSTA bucks (like monopoly money). The vendors will be given some of the “bucks” to give out to participants who visit their table that evening before the auction. 

• Following registration for the conference, you will be contacted regarding a “Bingo” activity that encourages participants to interact with vendors by visiting the vendor hall on Friday and Saturday. Participants who interact with a vendor will receive a sticker with vendor information that will go on a “Bingo Card” to be filled out for the raffle for a free registration for the next conference. 

• Once registered as a vendor,  you will receive an email in August to get the specific information for the Bingo stickers.
