IMPORTANT DATES:
If you are a teacher, higher education faculty, out-of-school educator, or attending as a participant, choose Regular Attendee.
As an attendee, you will get access to all conference sessions, the ability to submit session proposals, All meal tickets for one person.
NOTE: You may purchase up to 2 additional banquet tickets @ $50 each.
If you are full-time student or a retired educator, there is a discounted rate of $140 until 9/24/24 and $160 until online registration ends on 10/10/24.
NOTE: Students must provide proof of full-time enrollment.
Each company or organization that wishes to have a table or booth in the Vendor Hall must have ONE Vendor registration.
Any additional representatives should choose "additional vendor rep ".
NOTE: We have limited room and will shut down vendor registration when all spaces are allocated; therefore, there may not be any vendor registration available beyond early bird registration.
As a vendor you will receive:
For the 2nd (or more) representative of a company or organization. The cost is $190 and you receive all meals.
Note: You must first have one Vendor Registration to reserve a table in the Vendor Hall.
Registered non-profit organizations and educational institutions should choose this option. The cost is $200 and you receive the same benefits as a Vendor.
